The word itself says it all ……..and yes I’m talking about the one and only Facebook.It was founded by Mark Zuckerberg along with some college students of Harvard college.As for Mark,he made facebook fairly easy,easier than his last name if you ask me.But it’s actually really easy to use,you just have to make an account that’s all it takes to be a social superhero.Now let’s get back to the nerdy stuffs,at first the founders initially limited facebook membership to Harvard students only.Then the membership expanded to the big universities like Ivy League,MIT n all.
After that it became open to all with an age limit though,which no body followed because everybody was able to set their ages as they liked.This then led to the huge success of facebook.Though it was record breaking that it got so many users overnight,but it also increased the possibilities of fake accounts or fake users.
Then came the phase of privacy violations,which led to point finger on one person and than was Mark.The government analysed the patterns and was certain of that facebook was stealing personal data of the users.Which was absolutely correct,because when people are opening an account in facebook they are not reading all the rules that are been given at the first stage,they all are simply agreeing to all the rules and are getting in.So,this was of massive concern.
And finally the Golden Question,Was it worth it?
